Our accommodation was set in a central location short walk to restaurants, the old town on foot, and the business district of Jeddah. Our room was fine and good with shower next to toilet, comfortable beds, for instance. The staff was willing to help, for example, they helped us with printing.

I really enjoyed my stay at this clean and budget-friendly hotel. Its central location is a major plus, being just a short distance from the Tomb of Eve and the historic heart of Jeddah. The area is pleasant, making it a nice spot for visitors. Plus, it’s only a 10-minute drive to Mellor Cross, adding to its convenience.

They should be specific of giving information. Like check in time they told me were having a free breakfast, then when we have it they charge it to us because of some reason that we should avail the high standard room. They should not relay any information if its not clear on their side.. How if we dont have money anymore to pay the breakfast charge since on check in time they told us its free???

The room of place was reasonably large with shower next to toilet. Also, location was marvellous and fantastic, within easy walking distance of Al-Balad. This hotel was in a vibrant area so close to the old town on foot and taxis to get closer...

we had standard king room with a private bathroom. the property was in the heart of the city.

The hotel's location is marvellous and fantastic for visiting Historic Jeddah. It is really close to the Old City, Al Balad, Gate of Mecca, Tomb of Eve, and Museum Al Balad. Our standard king room had comfortable beds. The bathroom had a bidet, which was a nice feature.

I really appreciate the customer service at Al Murroj. They were very friendly and helpful. I gave them TWO THUMBS UP to that...the best. Even though the location was not that great but it depends on the customer what he or she really wants. To me i picked the right hotel close to places i want to visit and to friends am gonna be meeting...plus price wise...THUMBS UP..
